If there is snow...

...you have to go out and play - or at least I do. For a couple of winters in a row Tokyo has found itself surprised by sudden snowfalls, and the year 2014 set new records for the metropolitan area.

This city often seems to prepared for anything, and yet a bit of the white goodness is enough to bring ordinary life to a standstill each time.

And for me this is the best time to grab the camera and head out into the winter wonderland of the metropolis - if there is snow, I just have to go.

In this album I tried to gather my impressions of this city during its "time-out" phase in the cold. I hope you enjoy the show - preferably with a hot drink on your desk :)
